We are looking for a Customer Support Specialists with Arabic language (Masri - Egyptian dialect)! 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via phone, e-mail, live chat);
  • Providing support to clients;
  • Registration of information in the database;
  • Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.
