Handle inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Manage lease agreements, renewals, and ensure timely documentation.
Maintain an updated waiting list for fully occupied periods.
Follow up with previous tenants (especially returning summer clients) for early bookings.
Assist tenants with move-in and move-out procedures.
Coordinate with the operations team for maintenance and tenant requests after check-in.
Maintain detailed reports on occupancy, leasing activities, and inquiries.
Conduct property tours and explain leasing terms to potential tenants.
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in leasing, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record keeping.
- Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
