  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to members, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Phone Calls & Follow-Ups: Reach out to leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Social Media & WhatsApp Management: Create engaging content, respond to messages, and promote gym services on Instagram and WhatsApp.
  • Retention & Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.

  • Experience managing social media and WhatsApp for a business or brand.
