Customer Relations Specialist

Main responsibilities:
*Contact every guest who visits company outlets to receive his/her feedback in a timely and accurate manner and take measures accordingly to ensure guest satisfaction
*Gather data and prepare accurate customer relations reports from statistical and functional metrics in order to support proper analysis and review of information on timely basis
*Implement and improve the quality management system as per the requirements of applicable international standards and guidelines

Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Public Relations or Sales and Marketing
*2-3 years of experience in a similar field
