Position Overview

We seek a Junior FPGA Design Engineer to support our hardware development team in building advanced FPGA-based systems. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on real-world designs and gain experience in digital logic, simulation, and hardware testing, all under the guidance of experienced senior engineers. Key Responsibilities

FPGA Development & RTL Coding

Assist in writing and reviewing RTL code in VHDL/Verilog for FPGA-based modules.
Contribute to the design and implementation of basic logic blocks and digital circuits.
Simulation & Verification

Use tools like ModelSim or Vivado to run simulations and verify functional behavior.
Analyze waveforms and support debugging efforts alongside senior team members.
Testing & Debugging

Support FPGA bring-up on hardware and participate in lab testing and validation.
Help troubleshoot logic bugs and collect data during system-level tests.
Collaboration & Documentation

Work with engineers across hardware, software, and QA teams to meet design goals.
Maintain proper documentation of test results, changes, and findings.

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.


Professional Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience (internships and academic projects are valued).


Technical Expertise & Skills

Basic understanding of digital logic design and FPGA architecture.
Familiarity with VHDL, Verilog, and simulation tools such as ModelSim or Vivado.
Exposure to lab equipment like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
