We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join our team. The ideal candidate must have expertise in wine selection, food pairings, and an ability to provide exceptional service to our guests.
She/He will be responsible for curating and managing our wine list, guiding guests in their wine selections, and ensuring our wine program aligns with the high standards of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and maintain the wine list in collaboration with management.
- Provide guests with recommendations for wine pairings based on their preferences and meal choices.
- Educate staff on wine and beverage offerings to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure proper wine storage, inventory management, and ordering.
- Stay updated on new trends in the wine industry.
- Create a memorable dining experience through expert wine service.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sommelier.
- In-depth knowledge of wines, including regional and international varieties.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Certification in wine studies is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
