Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Kuwait. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and executing online marketing strategies, including social media marketing, lead generation, and web analytics. Day-to-day tasks include developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, website, social media, email, content marketing, and CRM.
Lead and optimize CRM marketing efforts, including customer segmentation, automation, and retention strategies.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and reporting tools, providing actionable insights.
Manage and develop online applications and ecommerce platforms.
Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
Manage content strategy, ensuring SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and enhance visibility.
Plan and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital marketing tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
Manage and mentor digital marketing team members, ensuring continuous growth and development.
Manage and update the company website.
Qualifications
Skills in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation
Expertise in Digital Marketing, including the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
Proficiency in Marketing and Web Analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
