Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine Italian hospitality.

Manage reservations using our booking system (manual or software-based), including walk-ins and waitlists.

Organize seating plans to optimize guest experience and table turnover.

Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and provide basic information about the restaurant or specials.

Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the entrance, reception, and waiting area.

Coordinate with servers and floor supervisors to ensure seamless guest flow and table service.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and politely.

Monitor the dining area to anticipate guest needs and maintain service standards.

Stay updated on menu items, special dishes, and wine offerings to answer basic guest questions.

Uphold the dress code and grooming standards of a luxury dining environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a hostess or in guest-facing roles, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Well-groomed, professional appearance with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy) is an advantage.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
