• Develop and integrate Human Resource policies and HR processes;
• Enhance compliance with business methods and the best HR practices by establishing control systems;
• Select, teach, and implement new, yet suitable, HR technology;
• Make modifications and address issues through the review of current systems and processes;
• Help HR professionals in recruiting, training and managing employees;
• Present new ideas by renewing client knowledge of the advancements within the HR field.

Recruitment and Staffing Assisting companies in attracting and selecting top talent through effective strategies.
Training and Development Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and facilitate career development.
Employee Relations Management Handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and promoting positive relationships.
Compensation and Benefits Developing and implementing reward systems, compensation structures, and employee benefit programs.
Legal Compliance and Risk Management Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks, and handling legal issues.
Emphasis on below Scope of Work for Human Resources Project
1. Participation in Human Resources Dept. daily functions
2. Participation in the development of the overall HR and strategy
3. Participation in the formulation of the HR policies and procedures in compliance with corporate objectives, government regulations and labor legislation.
4. Participation in Advising departments or section heads on the HR policies and procedures.
5. Assisting in Preparing job descriptions and conducts job analysis for all the company’s positions.
6. Coordinating in Preparing, developing and implementing career path, succession plan and incentive scheme for the company’s positions.
7. Monitoring developing, managing and follows-up a training program for the company’s employees.
8. Coordinating in performance appraisal program to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within the company.
