Ensure all shipments comply with regulatory requirements, handle necessary documentation, and maintain accurate records for audits.
Continuously review and improve shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to align shipping operations with overall business objectives.
Generate regular reports on shipping performance, costs, and other key metrics to inform management decisions.
Manage the process for handling returns, replacements, and claims for damaged or lost goods.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand
