Regional Sales Manager

We are an engineering company, operating since 1994, in the field of Food & Beverage.
Through our main and complementary European partners, we are specialized in the design, manufacturing and installation of complete processing and packaging plants for the Food & Beverage industry.
We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for F&B capital equipment to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for specific districts of our company.
Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
• Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
• Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
• Report on regional sales results
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
• Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
• Be a major driver in supporting significant sales growth in the Food & Beverage segment through the overall strategic alignment, strategy development and business development, and deeply understanding the customer’s needs and industry drivers and ensure the growth and transfer of knowledge about the industry within the division.
• Build and maintain sustainable networks (internal & external) in the Food & Beverage segment.
• Represent the company at industry events, interest groups and similar in the Food & Beverage segment.

Requirements and skills
• At least 3 years’ Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar sales role in Food & Beverage processing industry or the equipment manufacturing industry with wide network & contacts in this field.
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Understanding of beverages/food line operations with knowledge of components of factory beverage line stations such as: blowers, fillers, labellers, packers, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed, mainly in the GCC region.
• BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field, or mechanical engineering
