Procurement & Site Coordinator Engineer

Purpose:

- Supervise all post-tension, precast and contracting site operations.

- Optimize and improve method statements, quality of work and cost.

- Manage all the purchasing cycle for all sites including procurement, tools repair, tools exchange, rentals, etc


Duties:

- Manage site works, including but not limited to, procurement, site operations, lanors, planning, etc
- Assist in the coordination of the teams and assigning their labors and equipment for the following day.

- Spot check the work of the supervisors, for installation of PT / Precast, stressing, injection and as built. Control quality to the highest standards.

- Supervise precast as-built for the columns before starting production.

- Meet the clients before starting works, to explain installation sequence, drawings and our requirements.

- Troubleshoot construction problems, and report back to the office for corrective actions.

- Control labor overtime hours and productivity.


- Assist in hiring new supervisors and training them.

- Assist in hiring new labors.


- Optimize the site operations workflow
