Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Indoor Sales Representative to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, understanding their needs, presenting products, and ensuring a smooth sales process. A strong passion for customer service and an interest in furniture and mattresses is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers to the showroom in a professional and friendly manner
Provide detailed information on furniture and mattresses to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on comfort, style, and budget
Follow up on customer inquiries and assist with after-sales service
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain the visual display and cleanliness of the showroom
Process sales transactions and handle payment procedures
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for product availability and delivery status
Keep updated with new product arrivals, promotions, and features
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information
Requirements:

Proven experience in indoor/showroom sales, preferably in the furniture or retail sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills (knowledge of POS systems is a plus)
Fluency in Arabic; English or French is a plus
