Job Purpose:
The Manager will lead the operational backbone of a dynamic and expanding broadcast, media, and production company. The role focuses on delivering high-quality media services, coordinating complex field and studio operations, and sustaining service excellence in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full scope of company operations including satellite connectivity, live media coverage, studio management, dubbing, and rights-based content distribution.
Ensure the effective deployment of resources for live broadcasts, international coverage, and studio hosting activities.
Manage a multidisciplinary team composed of engineers, producers, field crews, and support staff to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
Drive operational excellence by implementing industry best practices and maintaining high communication and quality standards.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk factors to deliver client-focused, cost-effective solutions.
Coordinate with the executive leadership on business strategy execution and expansion plans.
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and technical specifications.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Analyze service performance metrics and implement action plans for optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Media, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management within the broadcast, satellite, or media production industry.
In-depth understanding of satellite transmission, studio operations, and live production logistics.
Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to handle high-pressure environments.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
