About the Role:
We are looking for Junior Freight Forwarding Specialists to join our growing Forwarding Operations team in Beirut. This role is ideal for junior professionals eager to develop their careers in freight forwarding and logistics, supporting international clients in Europe, the U.S., and the Middle East.
As part of the training process, selected candidates will receive intensive 3-month training program before transitioning to a hybrid work model based in Beirut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide back-office support for freight forwarding operations, including documentation, booking coordination, and shipment tracking.
• Assist with Air & Sea Freight processes, ensuring timely communication between customers, carriers, and international offices.
• Work with freight management systems to input and manage data, ensuring accuracy in logistics records.
• Communicate efficiently with global clients and partners in Arabic, English, and French.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and trade requirements.
• Support customer inquiries related to shipments, freight rates, and service updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge or experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global business environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new logistics software.
• Knowledge in Cargo wise will be a plus
• Availability to travel and stay in Portugal for a 3-month training program.
• Based in Beirut.
