As a Reservation Agent at our prestigious 5-star hotel in Ashrafieh, you will be the first point of contact for guests booking their stays. You’ll provide a warm, professional, and seamless booking experience, ensuring that all guest needs and preferences are captured with accuracy and a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming reservations via phone, email, online booking channels, and walk-ins.
Enter and update reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) accurately.
Provide information on room types, rates, availability, packages, and hotel services.
Upsell room types and hotel services to maximize revenue.
Confirm and follow up on individual, group, and corporate bookings.
Coordinate with other departments (front office, sales, housekeeping) to ensure guest requests are met.
Manage waitlists and cancellations according to hotel policy.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure compliance with privacy policies.
Stay updated on all hotel promotions, events, and local area attractions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in reservations, front office, or a related hospitality role (1–2 years preferred).
Experience with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic, and preferably French.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
