HR & Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Coordinator to support our Executive Director and HR Department in a variety of essential tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

Draft and publish job postings across platforms

Screen CVs and schedule interviews

Assist in employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain and organize employee files

Monitor and report employee attendance and punching data

Administrative Support to Executive Director:

Write and circulate minutes of meetings

Prepare professional presentations using PowerPoint

Send and respond to emails on behalf of management

Coordinate with various departments and follow up on tasks

Organize and participate in internal meetings

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn

General knowledge across various business functions is a plus
