Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef

Strong expertise in Asian and Italian cuisines

Leadership and team management skills

Menu development and cost control experience

Passion for quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction

???? Responsibilities:
Oversee all kitchen operations

Design and update menus with a creative and modern touch

Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff

Ensure high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation

Collaborate with management on menu costing and food suppliers
