We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our dynamic Asian kitchen team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise and train kitchen staff

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Contribute to menu planning and cost control
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
