A prestigious 5-star hotel in Beirut is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR operations and support a thriving hospitality team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with hotel goals
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the hospitality or service industry
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor law
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic
