Key Responsibilities

  • Training Development & Delivery
  • Plan and organize training sessions on food safety, hygiene, HACCP, and related topics.
  • Customize training content to suit different audiences (F&B companies, SMEs, NGOs, etc.).
  • Deliver in-person and online training sessions using interactive and engaging methods.
  • Program Support
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing food safety service programs.
  • Support in the creation of training materials, manuals, and assessments.
  • Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, communication with trainees, and venue preparation.
  • Client Engagement & Support
  • Provide technical support to clients on food safety inquiries and follow-up actions.
  • Participate in on-site assessments and evaluations as needed.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
  • Contribute to periodic reports and feedback summaries for project reporting.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Public Health, or related fields.
  • HACCP Level 2 or Level 3 certification is required.
  • ISO 22000 certification is a strong advantage.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in food safety training, quality assurance, or related services.
  • Experience in designing or delivering training programs is a plus.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be based in or near Beirut, Lebanon, and able to travel locally for training delivery.
