We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sales Person to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong background in fashion or bridal wear, thrives in a client-focused environment, and has a natural flair for styling and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional, personalized service to bridal and couture clients from consultation to final fitting
• Develop strong client relationships and maintain an active client book
• Drive sales and meet or exceed individual and boutique sales targets
• Style clients with a keen eye for detail, silhouette, and occasion
• Guide clients through the selection and fitting process with sensitivity, professionalism, and confidence
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion or bridal sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and styling skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
