Purpose:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
• Know the Menu Inside Out: Memorize all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen details, to confidently provide recommendations.
• Assist with Recommendations: Offer personalized suggestions based on guests’ preferences and dietary requirements, while upselling appropriate items.
• Handle guest payments accurately using the POS system and provide correct change or receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are reset promptly for the next guests.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues professionally, escalating to a supervisor if necessary.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and respond proactively to their needs
