Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner Identification:
- Research and identify potential business partners, resellers, and system integrators aligned with company goals and target markets.
- Support the onboarding process by coordinating with internal departments to ensure a smooth setup.
- Reseller Follow-up:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing resellers through regular communication, performance tracking, and support.
- Coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, and joint marketing initiatives with the reseller network.
- Monitor reseller sales activities and ensure timely reporting and feedback collection.
- CRM Management:
- Oversee the accurate and up-to-date input of partner and customer data into the CRM system.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance evaluation.
- Train and assist sales team members in the effective use of CRM tools to improve customer engagement and follow-up efficiency.

Skills
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in ICT, telecom, or tech industry.
- Familiarity with ICT products such as software solutions, networking, cloud services, and hardware.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Experience with channel or partner sales is a plus.
