Operations Manager

الراتب: Starting 700$
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and optimize daily operational processes.
• Ensure timely delivery.
• Act as a key liaison between operations and stock management to ensure synchronized workflows.
• Enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Provide a daily report on employee performance and daily work that has been done.

Requirements:
• Strong personality, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and time management skills.
• Initiative and attention to details.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previously worked in a fabric company is a plus.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday 7:30 AM – 01:30 PM
