Senior Marketing Executive

Nascode - Lebanon - Beirut
The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand positioning, and driving digital engagement strategies. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution in line with business objectives.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:
-Execute and optimize marketing strategies based on the direction set by the Marketing Manager.
-Oversee content creation and branding initiatives across multiple platforms.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
-Optimize campaign performance based on data analysis and market insights.


Digital Marketing & Brand Management:
-Lead digital marketing execution, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media strategies.
-Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all platforms.
-Develop and implement strategies to increase social media engagement.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
-Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
-Analyze competitor activities and suggest adjustments for better performance.
-Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns.


Performance Analytics & Reporting:
-Track key marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
-Present performance reports to senior management.


Technical Competencies:
-Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of brand management, content strategy, and digital marketing techniques.
-Quantitative Skills: SEO & Performance Marketing: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. Proven experience in data analysis.
-Computer proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience with at least 1 year in a senior role
