We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. This role involves budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and identifying trends to help drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Identify trends, advise the company, and recommend actions based on sound analysis.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Conduct benchmarking and variance analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, modeling, and budgeting techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
