A Bakery in Antelias is looking for a Senior Mechanical Technician to join its maintenance team:

Responsibilities:
-Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial machines
-Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
-Ensure optimal performance of machinery to reduce downtime
-Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
-Collaborate with other departments to support production needs
-Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
-Technical diploma or equivalent in mechanical maintenance
-Minimum 3 years of experience working with manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery (preferably Arabic bread production lines)
-Solid understanding of mechanical systems
-Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
-Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance practices
-Strong leadership and communication skills
