**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate with designated departments to assess product needs and ensure compliance with operations.
- Evaluate bid specifications and review requirements for purchasing products.
- Purchase products in accordance with established guidelines and award Purchase Orders to preferred suppliers.
- Identify potential vendors based on set requirements.
- Review price quotes, monitor product availability, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure prompt delivery and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the Head of Brands to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Analyze consumer buying patterns and predict future trends.
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators such as sales, discount levels, etc.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop a sourcing plan for new brands/products.
- Visit stores to ensure adherence to brand standards and merchandising guidelines.
- Perform other duties aligned with the job scope.

**Job Requirements:**
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field.
- Linguistic Skills: Advanced in written & spoken English & Arabic; French is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Extensive knowledge in MS Office.
- Retail KPIs and reporting skills are a must.
