About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead operations at our resort nestled in the Lebanese mountains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

• Manage budgets, resources, and staff efficiently.

• Maintain strong relationships with local partners and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Pre-requisites:

• Language Skills: Proficient in English and French.

• Transportation: Must have a car for local travel and operational needs.

• Proven experience in hotel management with a focus on sales and operations.
