Role Overview:

As a Trade Marketing Executive at Tanmia, you will play a pivotal role in executing trade marketing initiatives that drive visibility and in-store performance for our products. You'll collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, implement impactful retail promotions, and strengthen our presence in key retail channels.

Key Responsibilities: Execute trade marketing activities to boost retail sales and product /brand visibility.

• Oversee in-store branding execution, including headers, freezers, shelves, and POS materials.
• Coordinate and manage nationwide in-store activations: tastings, bundle offers, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct a promotional calendar for major retailers and key accounts
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team and merchandisers to enhance product visibility, secure strategic shelf space, and ensure strong retail presence.
• Develop and manage seasonal trade campaigns (e.g., Back to School, Ramadan, Christmas).
• Monitor competitor trade marketing activities and emerging market trends to recommend strategic actions.
• Foster strong relationships with key retail partners and store representatives.
• Supervise all BTL (Below the Line) activities and ensure excellence in in-store branding and promotional execution and promoters.
• Analyze performance metrics of trade marketing initiatives and adapt plans based on results.
• Ensure trade marketing campaigns align with sales objectives and national promotional calendars.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a related role, preferably in FMCG.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with market data or retail audit tools is an added advantage.
• Must be able to commute independently
