FMCG Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling fast-moving consumer goods to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and prospective clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale partners.

Ensure proper merchandising and product placement at point-of-sale.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and manage returns or complaints.

Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.


Requirements:

Proven experience in FMCG sales or a similar field.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.


Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Car is a must.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
