The Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the American University of Technology (AUT) is seeking a passionate and qualified academic professional to fill one or more positions in its Teaching Diploma program, starting date is September 2025. AUT is a leading educational institution in Lebanon committed to excellence, providing innovative, technology-rich, and active learning environment that produces civically involved and market-ready graduates. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of future school educators, engage in scholarly activities, and support the growth of our program.

Position Summary:
The position(s) will involve teaching core courses as well major courses in Life Sciences. In addition to teaching courses, faculty member will also be expected to contribute to curriculum development, student advising, program assessment, and engage in scholarly activities and service to the institution and the wider educational community. The specific rank, salary, and area of specialization will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and the needs of the program.

Qualifications:
Candidates should hold a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in the field of Education - Life Sciences from a recognized university. Demonstrated experience in teaching, curriculum development, student advising, program assessment, and research are desirable.
The position is at the rank of Assistant or Associate level, depending on experience. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
