We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Officer to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, monitoring sales performance, coordinating digital marketing efforts, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and update product listings, images, pricing, and descriptions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
•Monitor daily online sales and inventory levels to ensure product availability
•Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize the online customer journey
•Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to recommend improvements
•Implement promotional campaigns, flash sales, and discounts to drive conversions
•Ensure website functionality, security, and mobile responsiveness
•Track performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and bounce rates
•Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends
•Manage customer reviews and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses
•Collaborate with content and design teams for banners, product images, and promotional content
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field
•Proven experience in managing online sales platforms
•Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo Commerce, Magneto) and e-commerce tools
•Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising
•Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
•Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
