Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support and International Logistics Specialist to manage the full order lifecycle from client inquiry to supplier coordination, order placement, documentation, and final delivery. This role requires hands-on experience in international logistics, including air and sea freight. The ideal candidate will play a central role in supporting sales activities, preparing offers and invoices, managing international shipments, and ensuring compliance with shipping and import/export regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product quotations
- Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, and lead times
- Prepare and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and proforma invoices
- Track and update order status and delivery timelines
- Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and client requirements
- Generate and follow up on invoices and payment status
- Coordinate shipping documents (invoice, packing list, airway bill, bill of lading, etc.)
- Arrange and follow up on air/sea/land shipments
- Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents
- Maintain and update client records and pricing sheets
- Follow up on sales leads and quotations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, logistics, or procurement
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English and French/Arabic is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Excel, SAP, or similar)
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
