To efficiently manage the end-to-end procurement process for veterinary medicines and raw materials by sourcing reliable suppliers, optimizing cost and delivery timelines, and ensuring full compliance with product specifications and documentation standards. The goal is to support seamless operations, maintain healthy inventory levels, and contribute to the organization’s regional supply chain efficiency and cost control.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Source and manage suppliers for veterinary medicines and raw materials.
- Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure proper follow-up on deliveries.
- Evaluate supplier performance, pricing, and terms.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth order processing.
- Track and manage inventory levels, lead times, and re-order points.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations) and compare o????ers.
- Follow up on product specifications, packaging details, and approvals with suppliers and
subsidiaries teams.
- Support order consolidation and shipping coordination for regional markets
- Follow up on claims to ensure they are closed on time

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or veterinary products.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Fluent in Microsoft Excel
