About the Company:
Flow-X is an Industrial Equipment Supplier located in Sin El Fil, Lebanon. The
company has over 20 years of experience in providing Industrial Flow Equipment including Industrial Valves, Air Compressors and Specialized Equipment for Process Industry as well as Contractors/ EPCs operating in the Oil & Gas, Energy & Power sectors. Flow-X is based in Lebanon to cater the needs of local industries and regional contractors.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Service Technician to handle the aftersales and service duties of the equipment and products supplied by Flow-X. This includes start up and commissioning, maintenance and repair of Air Compressors, dryers, air receivers and auxiliary compressed air equipment.
It will also include aftersales support on other supplied equipment like Industrial valves, pneumatic and motorized valves, flowmeters and oil & gas equipment.
The service technician will undergo relevant training on the equipment to be serviced.

We prefer candidates who have 3-5 years of experience in electromechanical equipment service especially on air compressors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Service & Aftersales:
- Products: Air Compressors, Dryers and Air Receivers
o Handle Aftersales Customer relationship
o Undertake Start Up and commissioning on-site.
o Undertake regular Maintenance Visits on-site.
o Provide Response to Emergency Calls on site.
o Select and Quote Spare Parts
o Handle Warranty Claims
o Handle other Sundry Maintenance Works as required
o Liaise with Suppliers for discussion of Service issues.

- Products: Industrial Valves and Equipment
o Handle Aftersales Customer relationship
o Handle Warranty Claims
o Handle other Sundry Maintenance Works as required
o Liaise with Suppliers for discussion of Service issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• TS Degree or equivalent
• Electrical, Electronics, Controls Background
• 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance, technical Support of Electromechanical Equipment. Experience on air compressors is a plus
• Be capable of following Procedures
• Fast Learner with Problem Solving skills
• Good communication and writing skills in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel…)
• Good Organization Skills
• Be proactive and able to adapt
