Assistant Manager
2 to 4 years of experience in restaurant industry
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Experience in Japanese cuisine or sushi restaurants is plus
• Assists in daily operations, including opening, closing, and shift management
• Supports staff supervision, scheduling, and training.
• Handles customer service and guest complaints professionally
• Helps with inventory tracking, ordering, and supplier coordination
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, dependable, and flexible
• Familiar with POS systems.
• Food safety certification is a plus
