About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our showroom operations in Jbeil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, with a proven track record in furniture and mattresses. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a small team, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing day-to-day operations of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the Jbeil showroom.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with company guidelines.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishment.

Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.

Prepare and submit sales and performance reports to senior management.

Train and onboard new staff as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the furniture or mattress industry.

Prior retail or showroom management experience is a must.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a small team.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Fluent in Arabic; working knowledge of English or French is a plus
