This position is in Iraq - We are seeking a dedicated Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Baghdad, with extensive experience in the analysis, design, and supervision of structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects. Skilled in ensuring the stability, safety, and performance of structures in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Capable of managing all stages of structural design, from conceptual planning to detailed calculations and construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural analysis and design for various types of structures using industry-standard software.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and evaluations to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and structural modifications.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve structural issues as they arise.
• Evaluate existing structures and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.
• Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, detailing project progress and challenges.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience in structural design and construction supervision.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, Revit and AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of building codes and engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills
