KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Analyze sales data from various sources: This includes data from the systems (Power BI, Visual Dolphin), and external data sources.
•Identify trends and patterns in sales data: This includes identifying trends in sales performance, customer behavior, and market conditions.
•Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts: These reports provide insights into sales performance and help the sales team track their progress against targets.
•Provide actionable insights to the sales team: These insights can be used to improve sales strategies, develop new products and services, and target new markets.
•Conduct competitor analysis to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities or threats: This helps the company stay ahead of the competition and make informed decisions about its sales strategies
•Technical support with the sales team: This includes assisting them to understand the reports to improve their performance.
•Support the development of sales plans and objectives: This includes helping to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
•Collaborate with the costing team to analyze the cost sheets and perform studies based on them.
•Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets: This helps to identify areas where the sales team is doing well and areas where they need to improve.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•1-2 years of experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar role
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
