Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
● Lead the daily operations of the company Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat: including
planning, creative direction, scheduling, and publishing.
● Maintain a well-organized content calendar and ensure timely publishing across
platforms.
● Collaborate with the Content Creator to align visuals with the brand strategy.
● Create compelling captions and taglines in both English & Arabic that spark
engagement and represent Face Fit’s tone.
Community Engagement
● Manage and grow our community through daily engagement: responding to DMs,
comments, and broadcast channels.
● Respond to client inquiries on social media and escalate when necessary.
● Coordinate with the HR/recruitment team to post hiring-related content and updates.
Influencer & Activations Management
● Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic
brand partners.
● Build and maintain a dynamic influencer and partnership database.
● Liaise with our Dubai team to localize content and coordinate activations.
● Manage brand partnerships, events and activations
● Manage and organize workshops
Creative Collaboration
● Partner with Head of Marketing and Agencies to bring campaigns to life across
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
● Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and digital behaviors to keep our content fresh and
engaging.
Strategic Growth
● Work closely with Marketing Manager on calendar and planning.
● Propose and activate social collaborations with aligned brands and local businesses.
● Attend weekly planning sessions with the Head of Marketing to align on strategy and
priorities.
● Create toolkits and playbooks to support franchise marketing execution.
● Monitor studio performance and support local market initiatives.
Qualifications, Abilities & Skills Required:
● Energetic, self-motivated individual with a strong can-do attitude and collaborative
spirit.
● Passion for the beauty, skincare, and wellness industries.
● Genuine interest and enthusiasm for social media, content creation, and digital
marketing.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative edge.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent
professional experience).
● Fluent in English.
Strong leadership qualities, proactive mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership
and accountability.
● Bring at least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within
what beauty industry with a proven record of success in content strategy and
community growth.
● Possess a deep understanding of paid social strategies and data-driven content
optimization.
● Are proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or video editing software—or
have a solid design sense and fluency in Canva or Figma.

Salary : 2500$-3000$
