Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer in Kherbet Qanafar. The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating artwork and logo driven graphics that are in line with the needs of the clients and the corporate vision. This role requires a strong understanding of print production processes, material specifications, and branding principles to ensure all designs are both visually effective and technically ready for production.

Working Conditions
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (including a 30-minute break)
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Night Shifts: None
Flexible to work during public holidays and weekends: Not required

Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
Experience:
• 0-2 years of similar experience

Skills
• Excellent writing, reading, speaking English, Arabic.
• French is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe
• Passionate
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Creative flair and attention for details
• Strong portfolio which shows experience with a range of programs and materials
• ERP System experience
• A dedicated team player with a high level of commitment


Responsibilities and Obligations
• Assists graphic designer in creating branding, sales, and marketing collateral for clients in a range of industries – this could include corporate brochures, posters, signage, pop-up stands and logos etc.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, providing support in resolving design-related issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ensures all artwork produced meets the needs, requirements, and brand values of each client
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and courses to continuously enhance design skills and technical knowledge.
• Assists in the creation of digital design work, including display banners, website mock-ups and infographics
• Helps to produce internal sales and marketing material to promote the agency and generate sales
• Adhere to ISO and company-specific quality and process requirements in all design work and file handling
