Responsibilities:

Supervise, operate, and maintain all mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, pumps, firefighting systems, and compressed air.

Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

Diagnose issues, conduct troubleshooting, and oversee timely repairs of mechanical systems.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair work.

Review and update maintenance schedules, logs, and reports.

Recommend upgrades, energy-saving initiatives, and system improvements.

Support facility management in preparing technical documentation, budgets, and project proposals.

Provide technical guidance and supervision to technicians and maintenance staff
