Job Duties:

- Hire, manage, and coach IT and digital personnel to design, implement, and maintain IT systems and digital solutions.
- Meet with management and department heads to align technology, ERP, and digital initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure the security, availability, and continuity of data, systems, and networks.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage backups, user access privileges, and proactive monitoring to prevent failures or data loss.
- Oversee integration of digital tools with ERP, CRM, and customer engagement systems.
- Implement AI-powered tools (automation, predictive analytics, chatbots, & business intelligence dashboards).
- Ensure ERP integration across supply chain, finance, HR, and commercial functions.
- Plan and execute migration of systems and applications to secure cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Develop and track IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct demos, proof-of-concepts, and gap analysis before implementation.
- Attend exhibitions, trainings, and vendor meetings to remain updated on new solutions.


Qualifications:
* 10+ years’ experience in IT & Digital transformation management
* BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (MBA preferred)
* Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, ERP implementation, cloud solutions, and digital platforms
* Relevant certifications preferred: PMP/Prince2, Agile/Scrum, MCITP, ITIL Foundation, VMware, Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP)
