We support students in pursuing medical education abroad. Our monthly webinars are a key part of how we educate, attract, and convert future doctors and dentists.

Role Summary:

We’re hiring a Webinar Coordinator (Project-Based) to lead the planning and execution of our monthly webinars. You'll manage logistics, prep speakers, handle promotion, and track performance. Ideal for someone highly organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in digital events or marketing.

Responsibilities:

-Schedule & publish webinar pages (Zoom, Eventbrite, WordPress)

-Prepare presentations & coordinate student/university speakers

-Collaborate with marketing and design teams on promo content

-Run the live webinar session via Zoom

-Handle follow-up: recordings, guest agreements, reports, and KPIs

Requirements:

- 2+ years in event coordination, digital marketing, or project management

- Strong skills in Zoom, Google Drive, Canva, WordPress

- Excellent English and communication skills

- Self-managed with strong attention to detail

Contract Type:

- Project-based

- 1 webinar/month (with prep and follow-up tasks)

- Opportunity for ongoing collaboration based on performance
