Electrical Estimation Engineer

1. Study tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQ, scope of work) to understand project requirements.
2. Perform detailed quantity take-offs for electrical systems (LV, MV, lighting, power, earthing, low current, etc.).
3. Source, analyze, and validate material and equipment prices from local and regional suppliers (especially Saudi-based vendors).
4. Develop cost breakdowns and detailed BOQ pricing, including labor, materials, tools, and overheads.
5. Coordinate with procurement and engineering departments for accurate pricing and technical compliance.
6. Analyze subcontractor quotations and integrate them into the final estimate.
7. Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with tender requirements.
8. Assist in value engineering, cost optimization, and preparation of clarification requests.
9. Maintain an organized database of unit rates, vendor/supplier contacts, and past project costs for future use.
10. Stay updated on Saudi market trends, materials, and labor costs
