Role Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team in a casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in both hot and cold kitchen lines, organized, work well under pressure, and a passion for food preparation and creativity.

Qualifications
- Strong knife skills.
- Experience working on both hot and cold lines.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and food safety practices.
- Familiarity with daily prep duties and station organization.
- Desire to learn, develop skills, and contribute new recipes.
- Flexibility to work evening and night shifts.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in casual dining.
- Organized, work well under pressure
