Main Purpose of Job

Ensure that all maintenance activities are planned and performed in an optimized way, taken into account all the potential constrains, like: available manpower, production schedule, severity of potential failure, safety, food safety, available tools and spare parts, as well as the corresponding prioritization of activities. Key link with other departments (operational buyer) as well as the being the main person for all maintenance work orders KPI tracking and trending management.

Key Outputs:

Manage existing assets - Planned maintenance: Execute the weekly maintenance planning routine including: tasks prioritisation, maintenance shutdowns scheduling in collaboration with production and work orders execution results review.
Execute and coordinate with maintenance team review, creation, and optimisation of maintenance plans in AMM to improve the quality and effectiveness of maintenance planning system.
Has a role of PM pillar member in a TPM factory.
Manage existing assets - Budget management: Provide supporting data for maintenance budget planning and tracking.
Establish and deploy AMM predefined reports to facilitate review of maintenance indicators.
Manage existing assets - Spare parts management: Coordinate with the Technical Store creation of assets BOM and spare parts ABCZ classification.
Participate in slow moving parts review.
Information & Reporting systems: Ensure that all systems are according to business requirements.
Use store management software to keep track of all movements
Analyse movements to optimize stock
AX 365 factory implementation to follow on spare parts transactions and track expenses.
Performance Management & adhere to Standards: Request quotations, issue requests and follow up with the MENA procurement technical SPOC
Using own area of competency and specialisation or with competent third parties.
Abide strictly to the factory internal regulations and to the Maintenance department procedures of work
WO implementation in-line with all rules of transactions using Work orders.

Key Experiences:

• Experience in a maintenance area, preferably as a mechanical, electrical or industrial engineer
• Good communication and team organization skills
• Computer skills: Word, excel, access, Internet
• Language: Arabic, and English
• Good analytical skills
