JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Executive is a highly energetic person with a solid understanding of Coffee segment, proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, thrives on overcoming obstacles to grow sales and successfully meet business goals. The Sales Executive builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships and looking after existing customers accounts.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customers’ requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare orders upon requests
- Report to Key Accounts Manager
- Liaise with team members on daily basis and advise all needed information
- Increase customer satisfaction by solving all complaints and ensure proper after sales support
- Evaluate new sales leads and decide on the offer given in liaison with direct manager
- Deal with HORECA clients’ annual contracts, payments and orders
- Review products, prices and promotions of competitors
- Implement promotions in Horeca sector
- Achieve individual sales target as per companies’ strategy
- Check customer’s monthly consumption on consignment
- Maintain proper sales and performance records
- Prepare monthly statements and send to clients
- Follow up on monthly dues and invoices to ensure collection is done on time
- Identify new business opportunities and new clients
- Attend exhibitions and events
- Coordinate with related departments, including but not limited to sales, warehouse, accounting, and production for special products
- Support and cooperate with the sales team as needed (handling merchandising tasks, events)
- Adhere to company’s laws and regulations

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work requires flexibility to work on weekends, and special occasions
- Should maintain professional look, be well groomed and maintain proper etiquette

EDUCATION:
- BA degree in business or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:
- 2-4 years of similar commercial experience
